The one I wish I could get again - my high school ride back in the mid 70's. I had a sweet 1967 Chevy SWB truck that had an awesome 327 engine and posi-track rear end. I loved that old truck and would ride all over town in it. This was of course before my Jeep obsession :-) I've been fortunate to have owned 5 Jeeps (4 CJ's and 1 YJ) and currently drive a CJ7.

Our 97 4runner has 180k on it right now. I don't think we'll ever get rid of it.
We ****ing sold our damn 4runner Dad was starting to get worried about it on long drives (I thought it was fine, drove it from NC to MD 3 times in 2 weeks). So we sold it to some guy for 2500 bucks and he bought a 2013 F150.

Turns out, the guy was ****ing dickbag and I saw it on craigslist the next week for 4500. I guess I can't be mad

My favorite other than my JEEPS has to be my first car that I bought,
1989 Subaru RX turbo 5spd, white.
Sold it due to infamous Subaru frame rust......

It handled like a dream and I got a ton of ***** in it !!

I wish I still had my 2010 Mustang GT ragtop. Mods: FR cams, C.A.I., S.C.T. tune, Pypes X-pipe, high flow cats and SS mufflers. It dyno'ed at 348RWHP I traded her for my 2013 Jeep. No regrets as I'm having a load of fun with my first jeep. Here she is if I can get the vid up:
I also wish I still had my '72 Chevelle. She was a plain Jane Malibu but oh the potential... Oh, I also wish I still had my '76 Volkswagen Bug. Talk about character!

I miss my '01 GT. Wasnt anything too special, just a clean full bolt-on car. Got married, bought a house, had a kid, and sold the car. Will replicate this exact car again one day, my favorite bodystyle Mustang (from ~'70 on anyway).

I really wish I still had my Cherokee! I regret selling it a lot, but I couldn't afford to have a trail rig that wasn't street legal.
