can't get herculiner off me... am I doomed?

yes, kinda stupid question but how do I get this dried up herculiner off me? I just noticed I got some on my elbows and I can't get it off I don't want to use MEK on me unless I really have to (I used some on my finger, and my finger was on fire for an hour... can't be good)

for ppl who have herculined, how long did it take for it to just kind of go away?

heh heh heh

It took about a week with normal soap. My dad used borax and it seemed to work for him. Scrub hard!!

I think i used paint thinner or brake clean right after i got it on my hands, not the safest solution though.

Just about every thread on the internetz dealing with removal of Herculiner from a body part invariably brings up the original 'Hootus' thread.

Pure internetz classic!

The hootus thread was a classic. Have you tried the gojo that mechanics use?

FYI: I wouldn't recommend the gojo on your hootus.
