Ah damn, wish I would have seen this thread earlier this month. I do 3 sets of 15 as a warmup every time I lift. I'll be fair and start with what I did this morning..

3240+45 = 3285

Going to do 2 sets of ten now so 3475....

Just saw this thread great idea. Already did 12 or so earlier but will hit it again along with the weights.
