can i get in trouble...?

Tonight at 11:30 i took a really empty street home. the street has two lanes, one going each way. So i pulled up to this stop sign as a BMW X5 was pulling away. So i notice hes going really slow, so i decide to go in the other lane to pass him up..all the sudden this ****** speeds up, gets in frony of me, and slows down. This happened twice. So me and my friends were like 90% sure that it was this girl at school who was just messing with us. So we started giving her the bird and cussing out the windows. So we take the same path and eventually end up next to eachother at a redlight..it turns out that the driver is a BIG BALD GUY whose staring us down. I noticed that he recorded my license plate number...can he report it? and can i get in trouble?

Prolly not. I wouldnt do that again unless I was sure I knew the person. Roadrage brings out the best in people.

I would've just turned on my brights and followed him until he turned or until I had to.

I wouldn't have cussed or flipped him off, though, just done the brights and after he flipped his rearview I'd drift side to side to make sure I got his mirrors. I don't endorse road rage, but on the other hand I am an *******.

Somethings you need to clear up..
First, was there a solid line in the center of the roadway seperating the lanes, the one you are in and the one going the other direction.
Second, any posted speed limit and did you exceed it.
Third, is your ride lifted...if so I would have just went over the X5 rather the risk going into oncoming lane of traffic.
Seriously though, unless you engaged in very risky behavior and endangered the other driver there is nothing anyone could do from a legal standpoint.

Thats where a good set of offroad lights come in handy turn your brights on with all your lights and they pretty much have to get out of your way.

not to mention the police woundlt do anything unless the guy somehow filmed this happening. it would be a your word vs his word situation and you may get a slight warning saying if you did do it dont do it again. but what ever happens dont admit guilt they may be lieing to get you to admit it

How the hell do you know he won't get in trouble? You think the police are going to believe a car full of teenagers who are passing in a no passing zone, then think its a game, and speed up and harass the driver? Sorry pal, swing and a miss.
