Can anyone out there help me with some wiring

so i have this 5hp motor im want to use for my compressor but i have no clue how to get this thing wired, its a 220v 5hp single phase when i got it, it had 4 wires comming out of the conduit 2 black and 2 red the 2 black were already hooked up inside but the 2 reds were not

here is a few photos any help would be great

Were the two red wires taped off inside the motor? As in they didn't look like they were hooked up to anything inside?

That motor is a reverse direction type of motor. It indicates that on the label.

Each black wire probably receives 120 volts. How it is terminated is how it might have been wired previously.
