The college bowl season sure has changed in the last decade. I used to see lots and lots of bowl games on the tube to the point of being tired of college football this time of year.
At my house, since I stopped paying for TV years ago and use only the free airwaves, there is hardly any college football bowl games. ESPN almost has a monopoly. ABC will occasionally simulcast an ESPN telecast, but that is about it. The 2012 bowl schedule that I saw had about 1 game on one of "the big 3 networks". I guess that they aren't so big nowadays.
ABC, CBS, and NBC have lowered themselves to infomercials on Sat/Sun afternoons. Oh well, a great excuse to get up and go do something productive. I will find out the score later and watch it on the web, if needed.
