Best recipe ever!
The wife and I are both home sick today so I decided to make a good breakfast. Stuffed French toast sounded good, but I couldn't find a recipe I liked online so I made my own. This is great stuff!
Filling: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 cup powdered sugar Whip together and set aside Egg batter: 6 eggs splash of milk 1 tsp. vanilla Take 2 slices of bread and apply the filling and make a sandwich. Dip in the egg batter and cook medium heat until done. Flip and cook till done on other side. Top with pie filling cherries, strawberries, or blueberries warmed in the microwave. Then top with cool whip. Will make about 5 servings.

my favorite breakfast is Ithaca apricot wheat and some toast. You have fruit, grains and some of the other good stuff.
Seriously though, it looks good, if I could cook I would attempt it. I will leave that to IHOP though.
