I'd say Children's Hospital FTW.

#1 is well deserved. It’s one of the best and most vastly used Shock Trauma centers on the east coast. They also are very well funded and seem to keep the best of the best and get rid of the rest. There aren’t very many ‘marginal’ employees that work there. It’s like the FBI is to law enforcement. I was a little surprise that INOVA Fairfax was not on the list. They are a pretty big and well run trauma center along with its well known Intensive Care Unit. Cool study though! Thanks for posting that!

Anytime, and in the print out it had lists according to specialty so INOVA might have been up there for ICU but the ranking is based on an AVG. I have a resident friend starting there soon. I have been very fortunate to do clinicals at Hopkins and hopefully with the new ICU tower they are building they will be hiring right around my graduation date in May (word on the street).
