I'm surprised you had some good service. I purchased a soft top from them back in November and a hole wore through where the spreader bars are located. Contacted them via email, no response. Called them a few days later and they had me send them pictures. That same day a rep finally contacted me via email. Now with two reps involved and I sent both what they wanted, it's been a week and neither have replied to me. I have to say that out of 10 stars, they have scored 1...only because they answered the phone and the person running their Facebook page also replied to me.
After I talked with the gentleman on the phone, and emailed the pic and receipt as he requested, I never heard a response either, until my brand new soft top was on my doorstep about a week and a half later. ymmv.

Funny you say that. Just yesterday I called them back up and they told me they will get a new top sent out. Today I look on my front porch and found a new top sitting there that according to the packing slip, was sent out on the 11th. So maybe in another 2 weeks I'll have another top show up.
