anyone a marine engineer?

looking into marine engineering. cant find much information on it. i know its working with boats, etc.

anyone here a marine engineer? what kind of pay do they get out of college and what type of work do they actually do

It's what mechanical engineering flunkies do. When they fail out of mechanical engineering, they end up going to that, usually at A & M. I work around a lot of those guys and I run circles around them with everything from math to simple common sense things. There are better ways to make more money than that.

I thought mechanical engineering flunkies went into industrial engineering?

The University of Michigan has a good marine engineering program. Check it out. If you like big boats, this is the career for you.
