Anyone know how to align hood

I got work done on my jeep but the thing wrong now is the good alinement isn't right one side has a bigger gap then the other side any tips on how to fix that

the little rubber bump stops on each side under the hood, spin them to adjust the height the hood stops at.

04 TJ- Short Bus. It's got some stuff.
