This in my oppinion is the best way to go muddin... did ya leave the doors on? take those off too next time... trick to cleaning the inside, well time and effort. Devot at least a whole day to cleaning the inside. Neoprene seat covers are nice cuz ya can just take em off and wash em and they are brand new agian. hosing the inside down is good. and wet paper towels... other than that theres not to many tricks to cleaning... it jsut takes time

Done it before with the back windows off. Will never do it again. That trip alone prompted me to take my carpet out. What a pain in the arse.

I took the carpet out and washed in the washing machine. Next time in the mud 2 weeks later out came the carpet for good. That was 1999. No regrets since.

Use something like Hurculiner. You can hose it out and it is tough as nails. If you really need carpet buy floor mats or get a car.

I will never devote an entire day to cleaning the inside of any vehicle (lol) I'll leave the top on. If you are sure you will be playing in mud that much I would suggest it for you too. For me its bad enough spending 30 minutes at the carwash cleaning the mud off the outside. Now if you dont care about cleaning the inside at all go for it

I will trail ride with doors off and the top down but i stay away from mud unless i got all the doors and windows in, i got a nice headunit for my ipod and i just dont want all my stuff covered in mud, plus my jeep is a DD so getting covered in mud each time i get in or out would kinda suck.

Your interior will age quickly.... yes its fun, but for me not even close to being worth it. Not to mention the fact that the brown, black water in the mud hole.... sometimes it STINKS.

It was fun while I was doing it.....it wasn't fun when I had to spend 4 hours cleaning it out of my Jeep.

***Pic Whoring Time****

My brother has done it, and didn't even plan on it.

No doors + no top + casual sunday afternoon drive on trails + "I bet you can make it", Me + "oh im sure i can", Him = Him getting stuck and all muddy on the inside only for me to tow him out....

Are those BFG AT's? If so, your brother's an idiot

I've been mudding with only the windows open once. I hate mudding.

Oh ya - to clean it. Use lots of clear water and a soft bristle brush (like a toothbrush or stiff paint brush) to get most of the grooves clean .. or do like I do - don't worry about it because next weekend it will be muddy inside again!
