Anyone ever quit wheeling/Jeeping and came back or...?

Every once in a while, we'll see threads here and elsewhere about someone selling their junk because wheeling is too expen$ive or just got bored of it or didn't anticipate the inevitable breakage or bad scratches.

Anyone here ever quit Jeepin' and then come back after they regretted it?
Or know anyone who quit wheeling and never came back? I'm talking about people who actually offroad, not just had/have a Jeep and changed their mind.

I sold my 86 CJ when I graduated college back in '96. I had 7 awesome years with it...been thru alot with it (even one engine fire) but with traveling around for business, I needed something else. Never really thought about it until about this time last year when it struck me.......why the hell did I never get another Jeep??? 2 months of shopping and I picked this baby up...
