THe g/f drives one of my wj's and was in an accident (not her fault). The adjuster hasnt come yet, but im sure it will be a total loss. When the insurance company does come and offers me a value and a buy back price, I was planning on buying back to fix, but i have been looking at the wi dmv information, and everything i find about salvage and rebuilt titles in wi are for vehicles 7 years or newer. Anyone know if wisconsin allows the re-branding of a 15 year old wj? Or are 7+ year old vehicles that are totaled not even allowed to be on the road again?

The internet says the dmv doesnt care if its older and doesnt mark titles as salvage for older vehicles, and no inspections needed.

I would call the DMV and ask them directly.
