Anybody a physics major? electromagnetics

I'm trying to figure out what the force of three charges are where q1(0,a,0)=q q2(0,-a,0)=q and q3(3a,0,0)=-q

I've got the formulas right in front of me, but can't get anywhere because the R^ is throwing my brain for a loop

Thanks for any input
