AMC20 Replaced Bearings

Need to know if I should shim out or in to stop the brake drum from rubbing the dust cover? And does there need to be any shims in it at all?:mad:

This question might be better answered in one of the technical forums ..

The AMC20 was an available axle in the CJ and some of the FSJ's as well.

You might wish to try there .. this is the BS area .. nothing is ever on any single topic here :mad:

Not a problem ..

What kind of rig are you drivin' and what have you done with her so far? Any pics that you can share with us (maybe put 'er in the Jeep Registry so that we can "oooh" and "awww" over her :D )

NeaKid It's a 1984 CJ-7. It was my mothers and she gave it to me when she passed away in 1999. I've been fixin her up alittle at a time. The old girl only has 86,000 miles on her and runs good. Its about time to get a new carb though, which would you say would be weber or mastercraft 2100? Sorry no pics yet, maybe soon..
