Depends on the day and how I'm feeling, but could be as much as 12+ hours a day, if I'm having a bad day I might not even log on.

I spend almost four hours a day on this forum. There isn't a lot to do at work so it gives me more time to learn about jeeps

My job has a lot of downtime, waiting for computers to process stuff, JF is usually open or at least in a tab while I'm sitting around with my thumb up my ***.

I work 13 hour shifts and am on here the entire time. Grnted, not constantly refreshing for new posts, but the terminal is 20 inches in front of my face.
On days I'm off, less than an hour a day.
