99 Gr Chero electrical problems [HELP]

My 99 Grand Cherokee had a dead battery this week, so I used my compact diesel tractor (12v) to jump it, which worked fine, however, ever since that morning, I am having bizarre electrical problems. My (low beam) headlights won't work, but high beams do, none of my windows work, but my sunroof does, my radio control buttons on the back of the steering wheel don't work, but the radio does, and on the instrument cluster on the ceiling, the temperature is not showing, but I can scroll through all of the settings. I had the battery tested, which indicated it was good, & all fuses look fine.

PLEASE...does anyone know what could be wrong??
