Catastrophe No. 5 – Profanity and pop culture

Catastrophe No. 6 – The pitiful education Americans receive

Catastrophe No. 7 – The America-haters in the news media and Hollywood

Catastrophe No. 8 – Liberal Democrats who seem incapable of recognizing 'good' from 'evil'
I think there is something to be said of 1, 2, and 6, but the others are just ignorant or close-minded.

How will pornography and sex bring about America's downfall? Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world. Ancient Greece and Rome, the cultures that arguably gave the world more science, culture, and political thought than any culture since would make the free love hippies of the sixties look like prudes.

Crime and Druge use? We survived the 80's with all of the crack-cocaine. I see no reason why we won't continue to survive. At least we all have a heads up on methamphetamine so we can take steps to halt before it gets as bad as crack.

Profanity and pop culture. Words can't hurt anyone. In fact just about every other nation in the world curses more than we do and they think nothing of it. Pop culture may be annoying, but most of us understand that we still live in the real world. The few that try and live the ditsy MTV life grow out of it once they enter the workforce.

What media outlet hates the U.S? If you subscribe to the idea that the media is a check on the government, or even a fourth branch, then they have to question and critique everything. Having a free press is no use if it is only expected to spout off propaganda. We cannot trust anything the government tells us. It's press releases are inherently self serving, so we need the media to bring up questions about it. Criticizing your nations actions is not anti-American. Blindly following the government is. The only time the government deserves our support is when it earns it. Mistakes and errors in judgment cannot be overlooked because it makes us feel good.

How do the democrats not understand good from evil? I truly fail to see the logic there. They have different ideas of how to bring about peace. Everything is just a big social experiment. We can't know who is correct. We have given the Republicans a chance to work toward ridding the world of some evil and they have failed miserably. I don't like it, but we may have to give some others a chance if the republicans can't figure their **** out.

If you truly believe that Democrats are evil and hate America than you are truly an idiot and I pity you.

Wow, that's so incredibly conservative I think there is no use arguing with it. Bottom line: Government should not regulate morality. Number one problem in America is that no one takes responsibility for their choices and actions, from the high school dropout all the way to the president.

How about this. We all take responsibility for our actions, raise our kids as we see fit, and everyone minds their own ****ing business? If you don't like the way your neighbor is doing things, then don't watch. Turn your head, and go another way. The problem with this world is that too many of us are sticking our noses into way too many other people's business. Mind you own ****ing business!!! Kiss my dick if you don't like my opinion. It's at that point that we all need to "put up our dukes", and fight like men.

It works both ways.

I just felt like posting that because anytime someone posts something with even the slightest leftward slant we get about 10 posters declaring it "liberal crap." They will also point out that it comes "straight from the liberal playbook."

Or count the number of members whose signatures or Jeeps have some anti-liberal nonsense on them.
