LOL Brady...25 yards, 1 INT at halftime.

Chiefs gonna be #1/2 seed and fold in the playoffs; like 2003 all over again.

If someone would have told me that the Bengals would lose to the DOLPHINS in OT...on a SAFETY...I would have lauhed in their face.

No joke...some guy on another forum I frequent had a dream that the Dolphins would win on a safety in OT and posted it before the game started. He got the score wrong (26-24) but damn...that's only the third time in NFL history that a game has ended on a safety in OT.

They've had a cupcake schedule so far, one of the easiest in the league. However, they have one of the toughest going into the second half of the season. Same goes for Denver. Now we'll really see what both of them are made of.

I don't know that I'd call it a cupcake schedule. I mean there's a lot goin on in the league that no one saw coming - i.e. the Giants suck, Brady's numbers suck, the Chiefs are unbeatable. My point is: any given Sunday................

I definitely appreciate and agree with your point that Denver's schedule has been similar. A point that is rarely highlighted.

True, there's no such thing as certainty in the NFL, I just haven't been thoroughly convinced of the Chiefs yet (even though they're my favorite AFC team.) Their biggest win was a squeaker over Dallas who are the only non-losing team they've faced; at an even .500 win percentage. Denver's even less convincing because of their defense, as Indy showed. I think their schedule was actually the easiest in the league through week 8. Both teams have the top 5 toughest in the second half (mostly because they play each other twice) so it'll be real interesting to see who runs away with the AFCW after hose games, unless they split. One of them may be 14-2 or 13-3 and going on the road as a wild-card to start the playoffs to face a 9-7 or 10-6 team.

There's no way John Fox can coach a team to the SB with his ultra-conservative style. KC's got a shot, but their defense is going to have to be consistently lights-out.

^^^ Our defense has no choice but to be lights out w/ an anemic offense. :-P

The KC/Denver match ups will be huge. In fact, just heard today that their first game against each other has been moved to Sunday night - the NFL wants everybody watchin that one.

Now THAT was a sweet win! McCown was lights out coming in as the backup. Cutty said to be starting next week vs. DET.

That shoulder injury may hinder Rodgers ability to discount double check, ya know. (I had to )
