well considering that i was looking at dumping only about $1500 into it to get it out on the trails...

probably what ill end up doing is getting a stock or near stock vehicle as a DD and then the extra $$ i have from my checks this summer- winter will go towards hopefully getting a welder and tools and then (if i get a durn job) that money will go into the k5

if you go to the link i posted last night and go to tires or go to 100dollarman.com (or something like that) they both ship (1st one has better prices on the 37's) also surplus places have em.

i need to find some good seats to put in the blazers. i need black, preferably cloth seats for the 74, and black or dark grey leather/vinyl/waterproof seats for the 72. Any suggestions on what vehicles to look for for the seats? (if anybody reads this)

for the 72 id really like to get a 4in lift, 14 bolt rear w/ 8 bolt swap up front, and get the military 37's but that'd cost more than what i was looking at spending on the whole project....even though in the end it will most likely end up being like a 5 year project and have 4-5x what we paid for it dumped into it by the end....

looking at bucket seats to swap. thinking gmc/chevy trucks around 00 that have the integrated seatbelt or the 00-04? caddy seats that are almost the same but dont have the part in the center that would have to be removed. just dont know if they came in black. zj seats are also in consideration
