What kind of jeep do you have? Do a search, there's been threads where this has been beat to death.

Here's the one I put in for hunting season. Made it from 1 1/4" alum tubing and some pipe hanger from lowes. With the gun holders from wally world i think i spent $30 in all. And it's strong enough to sit on so its plenty stout.

The Big Sky company also has dash mounts as well as roll cage mounts for UTVs.

Well, I like that, but I'm afraid it would obscure my review mirror. I was impressed with the Big Sky product because it was a little more discrete while allowing multiple mount points and I was interested to see if I could mount something to my roll bar.

Glad to see y'all are represented on here and are paying attention. I just received my latest shipment and am looking forward to installing my new toys.

Gun Cabinet

Who makes the best gun cabinet for the money? I can't afford a "real" safe at this time.

I have a safe that I use for securing jewerly and other precious items that I bought it from Walmart online last year for about $300. I know that $300 isn't cheap, but it's the price for piece of mind. Since I've sold all my guns I use it to lock up all controlled prescription medications so "little ones" can't harm themselves as well as my wife's jewelry and stuff like that. It's far from the fireproof top shelf safe/box that I wanted to buy, but that was over $600 but I just couldn't afford that. I was also worried about being able to man-handle that into my basement and whether the staircase could hold the weight of the better safe. Of course, since the box that I have is just unlined-steel, thieves could simple pick it up and carry the entire box out of the house if I didn't have it bolted down to the concrete basement floor. It won't withstand serious attempts to access the contents, but it's a level of protection that fits my needs.

Stack On cabinets will keep honest people honest, and can easily be hidden in a closet.
