x2. I have read estimates that making Garand replicas today exactly as they were made in the 40s would cost at least $2000. The M14/M1a is no different. Springfield uses modern mfg techniques and judicious quality cuts (generally places you would never know or miss) to sell them for the price they do. If they made them much cheaper the product would really suffer.

I replaced the SA ones with G.I. parts. i dont think I really had to, but if youre going to do something right...

I should have just went with Fulton in the first place, but mine doesnt disappoint at all.

That's my Gun Lock...Safety is the Key

With that gun lock no one can not stick their finger in the trigger.
The key hole is on the other side of the gun lock.
