Only one worth it is the Chrysler Certified warrantee, you can spend more to make it cover more items, but the basic that I got when I bought the WK was pretty good. I do think if you are careful, used WKs can be a very good deal, Hemi power and the best 4x4 system out there for the price of a plain boring new car....
Overland hands down! somebody correct me if I'm wrong but 2006 is the first year that you can turn the ESP completely off and some 2005 HEMIs didn't come with mds. Even if they were both the same year and condition I think that the overland is the mire desirable of the two. Just picked mine up last month for $12,500...no regrets!
2000 jeep wrangler sport: 31" BFG ATS, auto - wrecked

2006 Overland HEMI QDII
I ended up getting the 2005 Limited even tho all the comments for the overland.. The overland was priced at 12500. and the dealership wouldn't haggle what so ever, they kept saying they had to much in my trade to take anymore off.. So I went back to the small dealership with the 2005, explained the sound in the front in and the shuttering. He let me take it to my mechanic and turns out the front end needs new struts and the shutter is the EGR valve.. The dealer is paying for it all! and letting my mechanic do the work.. Plus they gave me what I wanted for my trade and a excellent cash deal.. I couldn't pass it up.. A 2005 WK LIMITED 126k HEMI, NAV, DVD, 2 year premium warranty for the price of a year standard. all for 9500 out the door.. I think I got a awesome deal and i'm very happy.. I appreciate all the comments even tho I went the totally other way.. but I know the Overland was the better car. but I would have had to finance.
Sounds like a lot of cost absorbed by the Dealer and a great price for you...enjoy her. You might want to let your mechanic get Bilstein HD's for the front..same price as stock from Kolak (Search for him if not familiar). You can get the rears and self install..just 2 bolts, top/bottom. You need to replace the rears anyway. Good luck and enjoy the Hemi!!
