He said he was working on some quick connects to make install easy.

It looks like the original poster has a pre-2008 console. I believe, but am not positive, that the cupholders on the 2008 and up are quite different and not interchangeable with 2005-2007 cup holders.

The colored LED's aren't too bad, the ones using the white LED's are much brighter. I'll find a good way to make them a little less bright. I don't want them to be a distraction at night.

You can add a PWM dimmer to get them down to 10% of their original output, but the dimmers are almost $10. It may be a worthwhile option for some, but I'd like to have a cheaper alternative.

Yeah, if using the disconnects I plan on adding, it really would be pretty simple.

I do have a 2007. Hmm, we can work around that. Would it be possible for someone to get me pics and a diameter on the bottom of the cupholders on a 2008~10?

I'll run out right now and check my 2009

edit: I posted some pics below
but it seems like the bigger cupholder is 3.5" at the top and the smaller is 3". I couldn't accurately measure the bottom but it didn't seem like it got any smaller as it went down. I hope someone else with an 08-10 can confirm these measurements. How much different are the pre 08 cupholders?

Count me in for set. I'd like to see some pics of the colored ones before I decide what color, but definitely put me on the list!

I had my brother snap a couple pics of his 08 cup holder. Perhaps it will help.
