Will P255/75R17 tires fit my '06 GC?

I expect to be replacing the tires on my '06 Overland within the next few months and came across a practically new set of P255/75R17 Goodyear SR-A's for dirt cheap. These were a taken off a new Wrangler at about 200 miles. My GC originally came with the Goodyear SR-A P245/65R17 and these other tires are a bit higher and wider. Will they fit? Are there any advantages/disadvatages going to this size tire? Can the computor be reset to adjust for this tire size? Or should I just forget the whole deal and get the stock tires?

You will need to have a lift and possibly spacers too, also, you will need to deal with "the weld" The speedo can be adjusted by using the Superchips or hypertech

Honestly, even if the SR-As were free I would probably go with a better tire anyway. They just suck that much compared to what's out there. Sorry, it's not something you asked I know, but I just hated them that much on my WJ.
