Will Mopar p/n 82211224 (heated rear seat) work in a 2005?

I was just looking on WKJeeps.com and saw the Mopar heated seat kit. I would love to add heated rear seats the Jeep as it is pretty cold back there. On WKJeeps, it says it only for 2008-2010 but I have seen it online as advertised for 2005-2010.

Does anyone know if it will work with a 2005? Has anyone done it? If so, how hard was it?

Also, how the heck do you remove the rear seats???
