Wheels from wj

Couple of questions guys. Sure it's been asked before ,sorry, can I get my 8x16's onto a wk? Tyre size is 285/75/16. Will a 2" lift be enough with some front arch cutting?thanks

IIRC a 16" rim will rub on the brake caliper. As far as the lift many people run 285's on the OME lift (2-3" lift). You will need to do the pinch weld mod though. Not to sure what you mean by trimming the front arch?

2010 JKU - Stock for now
2005 WK - 6" lift, 35" BFG's, a lot more (SOLD)

unless you run the 16s with a large enough wheel spacer to push them out past the caliper, i would say no. if youve seen factory 17s on a WK there isnt a whole lot of room betwen the rim and the caliper. only WJ rims that will fit (and look decent IMO) are the rogues or hammerheads

285s or a 33, will need the pinch welds done front and rear with a 2" lift

oooo try to put the 16's on there! I'm sure with some caliper grinding and a wheel spacer it would fit. Worth a shot!

'15 JK 2.5" lift on 35's
'06 WK 3.5" lift on 33's (Sold)

i believe there is maybe one or two running them- but you have to ground down quite a bit to clear the calipers and then if you dont want to do that- the amount of backspacing/wheel spacer youll need to run puts the wheel well outside the fenders, which can cause problems with the authorities

and thats a pic of a WJ up there- you could run a 16 or a 15 on a WJ
