That looks kind of like the turbo resonator. It seems a little different then any of the turbo resonators that I have seen. I know them pretty well. The oil is coming from the CCV (crank case vapors) system on your Jeep. You are confusing some terminology on this engine. The orange to black seal is not the elephant hose mod, it is the turbo intake tube. The elephant hose is a modification we do to keep the oil vapors from the CCV system out of the intake stream. You have a either a bad seal on the turbo resonator coupler or your turbo resonator is cracked causing all the CCV oil to leak from the intake stream. The turbo resonator and intake system gets full of this oil because of the CCV system ducts all of this to in front of the turbo and get compressed and pumped through the system. If you remove the turbo resonator, intercooler or intake manifolds they will leak with oil for days. Most of us either do the elephant hose mod or get a catch can to eliminate or reduce the about of CCV getting into the engine.
You can check out my performance thread to get a better idea of what I am talking about, its the 1st post.
Can you post a picture of this problem area, but from the top? I would like to get better idea of the part that you have pictured from below.
