I installed a "cabin air filter." Pretty easy to do.

Thanks. Got the key cut on the new switch blade key, put the guts of a new standard key in the new fob and programmed..Slick!

Did note that there are two screws on the new fob. the obvious one on the back will let you remove the key itself if needed to be cut but a good locksmith should be able to cut with the key in the fob. So true about the spring.

Leave the screw on the back in place if you can. There is a second screw on the butt end that will let you switch the guts without having to deal with switchblade spring part.

Also an odd note is that you need two working keys to program a third. If you only have one key..takes a trip to the dealer to have a second one programmed. Glad i had both original keys.

Ordered new OEM rear upper and lower control arms!! I've been ignoring a lot of rattles and I've read the bushings are a PITA to replace so I just ordered new arms with bushings.

Had a $99 order from JustforJeeps so to take advantage of their free shipping on orders over $99....rather than paying $11.95 for shipping....added this for $18

I ordered a new head unit for mine from Sonic Electronix.

Kenwood KDC-BT758HD

Got the full package with steering wheel button adapter and SiriusXM adapter. It is Internet radio compatible, has built in bluetooth, HD radio, and an auxiliary input jack. Real nice unit for the money.
