We got our first snow yesterday, 2" at my house. So I thought it would be a good opportunity to grab a buddy and take the toys (quad and dirtbike) to the mountains and get dirty.
We put 40 miles on the quad and bike, and another 10 on the jeep in the sloppy mud/snow mix. there was 6 - 8" of snow on the trails, but it warmed up quickly.
Damn that was fun

YES! I loved that snow. I wish I brought my 4 wheeler from KS with me.

I drove 350 mile to come hang out with some friends/family for awhile. Jeep did fantastic on the trip. Never had a car that did trips as well as this one.

I had no light under my hood and got tired of using my iPhone flashlight for under the hood/car work, so I added this mount on the Drivers Side for an LED light ....

Also needed a light brighter and more durible for when I'm in the woods and venture out on foot, so I added this mount to the rear for my LED MagLight....

Got the newly lifted WK aligned this morning. After the install on Friday it really didn't seem as though the Jeep needed it. I talked to the guy at the shop when it was done and he said they adjusted the thrust angle back into spec and the camber and toe were off quite a bit in the front end - especially driver's side. It's good to go now and I have the peace of mind that my new tires will wear more evenly.

Nice Rob. Looks good. ^

I got my 4' Firestick "Firefly" today. I'm thinking maybe the 3' would have looked better but figured the 4' would work better. The difference from the 2' to the 4' was instantly noticable when I turned the radio on. And I haven't even tuned it. I also ordered a spring mount for it. I have to make a new antenna mount this weekend because the antenna wire is getting pinched against the tail light. I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and drill some holes in the WK so I can move it up next to the lift glass.

You need some spares. I got one off ebay with no fob for $9. It's great for an emergency and as long as you have one other spare you can program new keys yourself.

I spent the entire day working on my Matrix. I am really hoping it turns out as good as I am envisioning! I will know by tomorrow...

Carlos, I had the MBRP and even though it sounded great there are better options out there. I wasn't very impressed with the fit and it got very annoying off road where I was creeping along between 1700-2100 RPMs.
