nope I think it is the torq converter because it also revs high but won't shift when in "D"

Replaced all 16 plugs with Champion 570s and threw on Taylor shorties in red. Plugs were long overdue!

Overall not bad, more of a pain in the *** than anything else. It took about 3 hours. I think I can shorten it to two for the next go around. Better than paying the dealer $480 though!

Installed my volant cold air intake. Question for everyone that has one. I think I'm missing a part because there's just a big empty hole at the bottom of my intake where water goes in. Is there a part for this?

I just did the same, new 570 Champions and Taylor Shorties #82241 Thundervolt 8.2mm. Didn't go to the dealer though, about $200, I supplied the wires and the shop, that does a lot of my work, supplied the plugs and a couple of litres of Amsol synthetic oil. Took a little over an hour to change plugs and wires.

This is right, but part number can change between red, blue, and black wires. They show up as for the Ram with a hemi on summit racing.

Btw you only need the shorties if you have an 05-07 to get rid of the rats nest up on top.

Just received my lift kit in the mail today from Kolak! Add that to my pile of things to do... Now, to decide if I want spacers or some other way to allow for a bigger tire without spacers... The threat about the spacer mishap has me second guessing getting them now.

Oh really now, aha and my dad blamed it on me driving through the ocean on my vacation in OBX a couple years ago...my starter died at around 72k.

I always thought to myself, it couldn't be possible for water or sand to get into it the way its mounted....will be rubbing this in his face later.

Attempting to make my own front brush guard to save some money.
currently working on mocking up the brackets.

Having them welded up by a friend of mine. if all is good, will mount the brackets later this week and start bending some tube.

I changed the oil on my CRD, usually I take it to the dealer but this time I did it myself.
I installed a Fumoto drain valve as well, so next time I don't make a big mess on the garage floor!
