Is it coming in from the sun roof?

Happens to me. Apparently the drains are clogged and water comes down the a-pillar and gets the carpet by the brake pedal.

No sir it isn't. I started a thread about it and have tried a few things. Only thing left to check is look for signs of water under the dash. I've pulled the drain tubes ran water through them multiple times and it comes out no problem.

Maybe coming in from a poor seal around the windshield/door? Do you know if the windshield was ever replaced? Just throwing out some ideas here.

Checked for water marks around seals and windshield and nothing. My last and easiest option is taking it to my friends auto shop and letting them take a look at it and see if they can pinpoint it.

I did this, because I had to. The jeep was great, but still not a truck. I spent over $1000 trying to make it rugged enough to haul my trailer, but it just isn't up to the task.
This sure as hell is, though!

I bought a set of jk take offs. And mine fit with a .25 inch spacer up front only. I've got room to spare with the OME hd springs and bilstein 4600 on the front front and MD springs put back.
