That sounds like a LOT of fun!! We had about a tenth that much (in Atlanta), and you coulda done the same here!!

We're just not equipped to handle snow!

My roof lights relay got soaked and fried from the snow, so I need to get a new one to get them working again.
I bet you had a lot of fun in that. We got about 6 inches. Then it rained after. So now we have none.

Hooked up the trailer brake on the CRD we got about two weeks ago. Why could they not just put a plug under the dash like other manufacturers? Getting the wire from the brake switch hooked up was a major pain.

Also changed the oil and filter. The place we bought it from did an oil change before we picked it up, but they sprayed oil everywhere and its been leaving drips in my garage. They also used some unknown oil which I can guarantee was not the correct stuff. No way they paid over $100 for oil. With new oil in I can hear the motor sounds different at start up.

Next weekend she gets new shoes.

Picked up bulbs at Radio Smack to replace the lot in my hvac controls. Got the center stack pulled and now the wife wants to spend time together. So after some heavy consideration I'm gonna be stuck watching a chick flick. Pics tomorrow! Of the hvac that is.

Do you know the bulbs for the other buttons heated seats/tow/haul? The little blue one? Does Radio shack have them?

I will know for sure tomorrow when I crack open the lower unit. I am told the same bulbs I bought will work for those buttons too. I'll let you know once I confirm this tomorrow.

They don't. They are to big and the bulbs have a blue tint. If you put the same bulbs in it, they are to bright. Right now I just painted them with black paint to dim them a bit. They look dumb but I can see my buttons.

The bulbs I'm using are RS part#272-1154. They are a 12 volt 50 mA white bulb. I wanted to have dimmer control so I decided against led. I'm going to work on the install shortly. If all goes well I'll post pics, if not I'll go postal!

So I soldered in one of the bulbs and it worked fine however, the color is that of a halogen bulb which is slightly yellow. I thought I could transfer the sheath off the original bulbs but that was an impossibly because they melted to the bulb. So I replaced the three on the right side and reinstalled to see how I like it. I may try something else. The Radio Shack bulb was smaller than the HVAC bulbs but they were very close to the lower control bulbs. Here is the bulb compared to standard.
