I've been using a floor jack for years to lift the rear of a vehicle with a jack under the diff. Never do it using that stock scissor jack. I usually will place a block of wood between the jack head and diff as a bit of a cushion. Always use jack stands under the axle to get the weight off the floor jack and diff cover.

On a WK related note, I replaced my PCV valve. Not much of a chore, but it was way better than driving around in "Mission Impassible." AKA the latest Atlanta snow storm. Found the light brown splooge around the rubber gasket. I only drive seven miles to work, so i think it's just condensation (am trip is 15-20 min. pm trip is 40-60 min!) . Need to change my oil around 1500 miles and start using synthetic. From what I've read on the forum, that should take care of it.
Installed LEDs in my reverse lights.....looks sick.....going to be swapping out all interior lighting as well as the tag lights with LEDs .....I did it on my girls sc430 and it made the car look so much newer (its an 07).Also cleaned the airraid filter and greased the rig.I'll post the P; link once I upload a few led pics.

Well...we were blasted with a little over a foot of snow here the past 2 days. I pulled a lot of stuck cars out with ease. Really love these tires and the Jeep in general. Drove through a foot of snow with no problem, and even over a 3 foot snow wall that a plow made.
My roof lights relay got soaked and fried from the snow, so I need to get a new one to get them working again.
