Belly guard took about half an hour since I was by myself and it was kind of heavy. The passenger rock rail (which was the first one I did) took me about an hour because I was meticulously reading the directions. The driver's side took about 20 minutes. From start to all cleaned up took about 2.5 hours.

Have any trouble with the belly guard hitting your exhaust on the drivers side? Mine did, and I had to space it out with washers, Marlin said he was gonna start making the wings a bit wider for us HEMI guys, but I never got them. Wondered if he ever did it or not...

I've had this problem myself. The only good spot for a jackstand is right where the jack is.

I used a wood 4x4 under the jack saddle and lifted from the center, then put the jack stands under the lower A-arms.

I always put my jack stands on the 2 flat spots of the frame right right behind the lower a-arms. You have to extend the jack stands up a few notches to allow for suspension droop, but I've never had any issues with them there. And I've jacked the front of my jeep up more times than I can count.

No, I haven't had any problems (so far). I've only driven it for about 15 minutes but it seemed fine. I've got the Steel Armadillo engine skid on there too and it has one inch spacers so that probably took care of the problem

Is there a post that outlines what maintenance you have done?

Nothing really major. Here are some older posts.

I have replaced the drivers seat recently, because I wore the fabric out.

Spent all day pulling people out! We've been getting railed with snow today here in Va. Really impressed with these Duratracs...

havent posted in a while. But decided to to upper control arms today. did the driver side in like 30 mins then it started to rain gotta do passenger side in the morning. then drive it till the tires wear bad and get new rubber. I will be making some light mounts to put my lights behind the grill and wiring all my switches in the next few weeks.
