Thanks for the info. Looks like I will be removing my side trim and painting it in the near future. Might just go with the plasti-dip again, and do the "commander" part in red. Also going to plasti-dip the badging this weekend. Still not sure whether I'm going to leave the grill chrome or replace/paint it yet.

Which looks better?

Before?

After?

I am thinking I like it without the steps better.

I think so too. I was looking at getting some of those but they look like they hang too low and almost look like ground effects.

I gained a good 3" of ground clearance on the sides once i took them off. They dont seem like they hang that low but they do. Pair with the 2" BB i am getting and should be a good removal.

Why thank you sir. We had about 4-5 people that I heard come up to us really interested in the Jeep, wanting to know who it belonged to. There is one guy not in this photo who wants a WK. Another guy, wants a JKU.

Too bad NC State doesn't play ECU this year in football. Because it would be so AWESOME for our WK's to tailgate beside each other.

Got some pictures of my spare that I plastidipped. Going to do the other 4 this week since I don't drive to work.
Really impressed with how it looks, but we'll see how well it holds up.
