^^^ It should sit above the track bar and tight up against the tub. I had to ditch the stock bolts for mine to fit without rubbing. The difference between Budasac and you is the tire size you are trying to squeeze up there (265/70 = [31.6"] - 255/75 = [32.1]).

I got my first little bit of "battle damage". not much, full flex wedged my back tire up in my wheel well long enough to bend it out a bit.

Going to have to beef up the bump stops i think

Depending on the severity of your rubbing you can save your wheel travel and just trim the fender.

I was thinknig about that. I just need to figure out a way to flex in my driveway / garage to see how close it is. (though i need to bend the current fender back in to place....)

Finally got around to plasti-diping my scratched up wheels. Left the center hub silver, and painted the jeep logo red. (Pics will soon follow) Next steps: remove some of the excessive chrome, and replace the stock muffler with a Flowmaster 40!

You plastidipped your wheels? That's crazy lol, do you have to touch it up on like a weekly basis?

Are you replacing chrome? Or just removing trim? Would be interested in seeing pics of that. I hate my chrome trim.

theres ppl that have had plasti dipped wheels for 2+ years thru harsh winters and no problems, and if there ever is a problem touch ups are easy

You just clean them, either soap and water and a nice lint free wipe down or IPA with lint free cloth. Mask off before cleaning dont touch the area with bare hands after masking and wiping and spray till its dry.

No scuffing or hardcore surface prep required.
