Got my last order from Aspen Creek. I'm not entirely sure what it's called, but its for putting your tire inside instead of under the car. Anyway, turns out 265/70/17 fits standing up with this! Trying to decided if I want to keep it that way or lay it back down...

Me and somebody backed into each other, I sustained no damage other than some scuffs that I wiped off. but my bumper put a pretty good sized dent in her tailgate.

That happened to me back in June-ish time wise. Little dent on the tip of the front-left-quarter-panel that I pulled out with my hand, a small crack on the bumper - but due to my lift, their entire tailgate was pushed in and smashed. (Under 10mph collision)

Only problem, in my county, Police have to cite you even if it was a non-reportable fender bender. So I walked away with a reckless-driving ticket.

I see, or I think I see, that you pulled the bottom trunk molding out of your truck (the flip-over tray and two cubby holes). Is that just a standard trunk guard you have in their over the insulation and metal body? Any increase in noise, etc?

Yeah basically the kit removed that, replaced it with a rubber diamond-pattern mat and replaced the trim piece that covers where the hatch closes with the black metal one you see in the picture.

As far as noise, no nothing changed (might even be quieter) since the factory sound deadening is still there, and then I put at least a 1/4" of rubber on top of it.

I was idling back and there was somebody that was coming from a different part of the parking lot I was watching and all of a sudden I hit something. But there was no police involved and the other party was chill about the whole deal. But no police were involved, just insurance, I didn't claim anything because there was nothing to claim on my end.

Lucky. That's how I thought mine would go. . . But no, they were a yuppie couple from the rich section of the city. They had called the cops before I even got over to them and before they even inspected their vehicles.

Installed a CB mount by aspen creek. Screws they sent me didn't fit thru the holes of the mount, had to drill it out. Installed mount on LH side of the jeep, rubs the tailgate even after bending the mount. I would suggest installing on the right to anyone else

I don't think police will even investigate accidents like mine in parking lots here in Colorado
