Finally got around to putting the Quadratec floor liners in. Also got a wash.

Plasti dipped the chrome trim too

Nice i m a fan of the G8. I'm really hoping GM rereleases it as a Chevy.

Yea that's what I was going to do as well, but went with the double because IMO it will look better on the rola rack because its a little thicker!

I think with the single row I'll be able to pull in my garage but double row I wouldn't ...but you wouldn't have that problem probably bc with superlift you aren't fitting in many garages lol

I tried getting into mine with the rola on. Not only did the rola not fit, but the top of the roof hit too, and that's still with 32's! It is much taller now

Hey bhawks...what kind of rivets for the inner fender did you get. I need to get the same from HF.

I actually just followed good 'ol Milton's build thread...in this post he describes the pinch weld mod. I used the rivets in that box of assorted poly rivets pictured in the post I just linked. I don't have the part number right now, but I could get it for you tomorrow if that will help. It's just a box of 90 assorted poly rivets, I think it was right near the hand riveter.

here are some pics, I had to measure & double, triple check the openings so I could fit the units into the bar without hitting anything inside. (fog lights, indicatiors, park sensors , partitions, etc).

Just wondering on the size and style rivet. Part # wouldn't hurt either lol. Those are for the inner fender too?

The rivets for the fenders should be 1/4" or 3/16" wide I believe. Chryco part # 6500911. Harbor freight is the cheapest place to get the setting tool, and you can order the rivets in bulk with any size you want from clipsandfasterners.com. That's what I did, never can have too many of those....Click the Jeep emblem and it should take you to all the different rivets, and fasteners used on the fenders, grille, and body.
