I'm working on my Putco wheel trim install. I scuffed up and painted the stainless steel with Rustoleum bed liner last night. With one piece on, I think it's gonna look just fine. The best part is that it isn't permanent in any way. Assuming Bushwacker gets us real flares in the next year or so, it will be pretty easy to pull these off and swap. I'm in no hurry anyway, as I need a lift and new tires before that happens.

More photos! One thing I'm not completely sold on, is the fact that the trim doesn't cover the lower rear wheel well. I don't think it looks bad as is, but should I decide I want it covered, I've got a plan in mind. If I can snag another set, I can cut part of the front trim pieces off to fit the back. I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost at the moment.

Are you planning to paint them, or use herculiner, etc?

Rustoleum Bedliner. I like the finer/smoother texture. They're curing in the shed tonight.
(edit: not Duplicolor)

Anyone know how to remove this plastic? I hate the faded grey and want to try and bed liner it.
