To paint the inserts? Or to do the grill mod? I did the grill mod a few months ago. It probably took 3-4 hours to do. It took about 3 hours to put 3 coats on each side of the inserts yesterday, then I let them dry for another hour.

thanks man!

I also fixed my window rattle AGAIN yesterday (I don't think I mentioned that). I didn't silicone the rubber piece last time I fixed it, so of course it fell off again the other day and the rattle came back. I put some silicone all over it so hopefully she stays put now.

Not totally jeep related, but new machine at work. Wondering what, jeep stuff could be made with this. I am just excited to play with it. Any body have any ideas?

SO MUCH STUFF CAN BE MADE WITH LASER CUTTERS!!!!!! You just hit the jack pot. I used to work for a company that did laser cutting and cnc forming... I wish I would have got off my *** more and got parts made while I could get the laser and brake time for free... Skids, brackets, logos (i made a "trail rated" hitch plug)... the list goes on and on...

To remove seatbelt chime
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, and fasten the drivers seatbelt.
2. Start engine, and wait for Seat Belt warning light to turn OFF.
3. Within 60 seconds of starting engine, unbuckle and then re-buckle driver's seat belt at least 3 times, ending with belt buckled.
4. Turn off the engine. A single chime will sound to signify that your life is in your own hands.

Your seatbelt light will stay on till it burns out. I did it and I hit a deer; air-bags didn't deploy. Wonder if it's because of that. Just FYI.
