I was surprised at how easy it was.

I expected it to be much harder, probably got lucky!

Did mine a few weeks ago with a heat gun. Much easier than I thought, but I also bought a new set of aftermarkets off eBay. I read that the glue on those weren't as strong as OEM. Very happy with results.

Looks good,well done.

Mine are sitting here painted. I plan to restore the lenses and add some LED's ala Omlet. LED's on the way.

I painted the entire bezel like yours because the masking/painters tape was peeling off the chrome.

I purchased some clear silicone RTV adhesive to glue them back together.
What did you use to glue yours?

There was so much adhesive on them that I just left them on my deck for 30ish min to warm up and put them together. I hit the "seam" with heat gun after I pushed together to make sure the set right. Been raining here in western pa for last 2 weeks and no issues.

Good idea. I think I'll use some sealer on mine and get a heat gun!

Rain, rain, rain, sun, rain, rain, ...

I'm in Hidden Valley.

I left mine in the driveway and took the M1009 out to do some very brushy trails and spend the night away from the all-night fireworks. Sweet seclusion up in the Olympic Mountains...

Had a great experience at the local Firestone shop today....they got me in and out with an alignment in about an hour. They let me in the shop to watch and then gave me the discounted rate on the unlimited alignment...$159.00. Thumbs up to those guys.

The reason for the alignment was I installed the updated JBA UC arms yesterday........

Broke the drivers side mirror and the drivers side rear door handle housing made of the cheap plastic.

Changed both front calipers yesterday. No more dragging. Hopefully I'll see a MPG increase. Just waiting now for new rotors, pads and stainless steel hoses for the front, then I'll flush the brake fluid.

Went out for a Sunday river trip! Didn't get to play much but still managed to destroy my power steering pump somehow.
