Ok, there's a thread under the fab shop forum in here called "cad file sharing now possible" where i'll put it when I get home tonight. I'll post a link when I do it.

Glad you guys like it. I'll be working on more skids/rockers/ect. that i'll probably put up the CAD on here when its done.

Pried apart an extra set of headlights in preparation of painting tomorrow.

I was surprised at how easy it was.

It took 10 minutes in a 225 oven, four times for each light
to get the glass covers separated, no damage!

I expected it to be much harder, probably got lucky!

Can you explain how the speed bleeder actually works?

Finished grill mod;
3/4 sheet of aluminum, Painted Dark Khaki, 1/4x1.5" bolts.

I have a lower grill insert fabbed and painted.
I'll install it when I pull the bumper for the matrix and headlights.
It was easy too. I'll post instructions when it's installed.

Happy Independence Day!

you back it off between 1/4 - 1/2 turn to allow fluid to bleed. When you press the brake pedal the pressure will force brake fluid out through the nipple, but when you release the brake pedal it closes so that new fluid will be pulled down towards the piston. When you're done turn it tight again and go.

in the photo we had a mayonnaise jar with a hose nipple in the lid connected to the speed bleeder. very clean and easy!

Very nice! I need to swap out my brake fluid and bleed mine when I get home so I might install a set of these while I'm at it. Was it SB1010S at each corner that you ordered?

yes that's right it's the SB1010S Speed Bleeder for all 4 wheels

the jar was my brother's idea; he said he can hook up a pump to the outlet nipple of the jar and actually pump brake fluid out without having to depress the foot pedal. I just used the foot pedal for this job. Breezy!

Got some things done on this great 4th of July weekend!
First up I sanded and painted the rear end of my mom's commander. Wish I would have taken a before pic, it was rusted out pretty badly

Second was installing the newest 4xGuard Belly Skid! Needed some modding to fit right with the Hemi's exhaust. The Hemi's exhaust is wider than the one's they mocked it up for. Marlin has been great, and is working on making 2 new wings that are a bit wider. Hopefully I can get them soon, I'm ready to scratch this thing up

Third I installed custom paracord headrest grab handles made by Surprise Straps. I think they came out awesome! Colors: Urban Camo and Black Widow

Added some gangster rock lights finally, these were a bit of a pain to install
Also I'm selling my roof rack to switch it over to a rola roof rack. It's already sold but ill get pics of the rola when it comes in, I might scratch out rola and put in jeep like some people have

Well after a few months of random limp mode and input speed sensor codes I decided to replace them. Took the valve body out of the trans, took the shift solenoids out and replaced the board housing the speed sensors, got it all back together and back in the trans, now she shifts great! Also replaced my RF half shaft and seal, and the RF hub.
