THanks man! Looks like you had a hard days work. I did the rear diff fluid change twice within like two weeks. Can't stand the smell of diff fluid!

Coming soon: new 5100's on all 4 corners and 2" lift of some sort. Need to decide if I want to dip the Moabs or leave them silver. Also looking for a hitch and bezel.

Got the grille taken off and the fins removed. Got the expanded metal cut and primed for it. While i had the grille off I looked what I could do for the lower openin on the front end and gotta run to TSC tomorrow to git another piece of expanded metal.

Have you or anyone else bought those metal grille inserts from JustforJeeps.com? They have two different styles that are CNC cut and power coated. They seem easy and finish the grille off well.

I havent. I got all the parts and hardware and paint for cheaper than what was listed on there. Plus I had all the tools and time todo it myself.

Finally tuned it. Hypertech 52001. Runs so much better, shifts smoother, better throttle response, more kick (even though it's a 3.7,) and most important of all, more MPG. I did a very short test run down to the center of town. Usually I would be getting anywhere from 10-12 mpg, this time however, 16 mpg! I think I'm going to like this...

I added some more clutter to the already busy Matrix: two 100 watt speakers for the airhorn/PA. Very loud.

Got my 255/75s mounted on Jk Moabs. They were used tires and are super loud! Had to use a 7/32 spacer to clear the caliper but no rubbing on flat ground at full lock. Gona plastidip them next week. We'll about full flex this weekend.

Did a seafoam. Now my engine run much better and "Hemi tick" nearly disappeared. Waiting to see if MPG will increase.
