Since then I have installed the factory hitch, detailed her like 3 times to get 6 years worth of crud off her, removed the front air-dam and installed HIDs (real ones). Today, i have a guy coming to the house to repair the cracked leather on the drivers seat. I had the dealer repair it before I bought it, but their repair sucks and is coming apart already.

Future plans include a ~2" lift of some sort, wheel spacers, and the biggest all-terrain's I can fit without rubbing. The wife says to "act your age" when I talk about the lift. I tell her "Stock is boring".

I am trying to decide on which lift to get between a daystar (KOR), RRO, or other. I've read many posts about RRO's customer service, but it still seems like the best quality and best functioning product. The daystar (KOR) is on my list because it's cheap and simple. Any thoughts? I also considered fabricating my own lift as it would only take some flat-stock and hardware to make the spacers that many use.
I am in the process of removing my r.c 2" lift and front Bilstein struts. Pm me if interested

Blacked out headlight bezels. Heculined grill and toe hooks. Got rid of that airdam too. I will never paint the bezels again. Way to much work for a change that only jeep guys will recognize.

Very nice with the headlights. Did you crack them and paint them? How hard was it?

I did the oven trick. 200 degrees for five mins. Pull one out quick and get to prying. I tried trim removal tools they are to flimsy then I went to a flat head screw driver. It's hard but it's do able. I did however break off little pieces of the housing. Nothing important though. Does that help?

Also to answer your first question yes I popped the lenses off and painted the bezel. Make sure you sand the chrome down a bit though. I didn't and my paint didn't stick the first time.

They are stock wheels. It's 65th edition so whatever those are. I think they are the ronins? Maybe?

How did you get the paint around the turn signal without it bleeding back. Mine didn't bleed but it's real close to the serrated edge.

sand off all of the chrome in the areas you will be painting, then tape off the areas you don't want painted (i.e. the serrated edge) and be careful not to soak that area with a bunch of paint.
