Sorry to start an argument over it the tool to remove it is the trim tool they work good also screw driver or pliers I guess normally work I was hoping someone had an easy way to do it next time I go to harbour freight I'm buying some

If you are talking about the plastic rivets, take skinny needle nose pliers and push the center pin inward with one of the needle ends, you will feel it pop, and it will just about fall out on it's own. Hope this helps. Just did this last week with both sides on the front, does not take much pressure at all.

Make sure that the other needle end is inside the fender, not sticking out near the paint!

Maybe not inside trim but they are doing the same thing as inside trim. Also trim tools have a slot in the middle that wrap around the black tabs.

Eek. Its only 3.50 around OKC. I just can never bring myself to selling my WK. Unless for a WK2 Diesel....
