Custom sub box plans complete, my guy is picking up the supplies on Tuesday AM, should be in soon. 2 weeks away for work however will eat into Stereo install time... lame.

Sub/amp/cap all going in a stealth box behind the rear seats.

Replaced the PCV, EGR valves, and installed the oil catch can from BT. That EGR valve replacement was waaay more intensive and time consuming than originally planned. I'd slap the engineer that designed those bolts so difficult to remove. Took out a 3" nail in the rear tire and plugged with tire repair kit. Took the hemi out for 100 mile drive and she runs like a champ!

I also just did this. The washer fluid jet itself cracked and broke. So I replaced them both, as well as the hard line they are connected to. It was cheep enough to make sure it was all replaced.

Poor design by mopar, they seem to break easily.... Must be all the P.S.I. in the washer fluid lines...

Havent been on JF for a while, but heres a little update.

I got an older Accord to get me to work and back, so my WK is no longer my DD. Pinch weld folds and plasti-dip chrome re the only scheduled mods for the near future

Just installed my Wagner Thermoquiet ceramics and e-brake pads. They are waaaaay better than the Stillen semi-metallic that I had on before! The Stillens are junk compared to these. Also Wagner has a huge rebate on them right now so it's like getting front or rear for free

expanded sheet grill

Finally been able to work on jeep, we had 60 degree temps last weekend. My husky was making sure everything was in order. I plasti-dipped the chrome grill but hit the expanded sheet with VHT paint. My first time using plasti-dip, and had to peel off the first attempt. The nozzle is rather crappy, but after the first attempt I got it down pretty good. Will be doing my wheels soon.

Nice use of expanded metal, but I personally would put the chrome cover back over the newly painted back piece with the expanded metal.

I thought about that, that's the nice thing about plasti-dip....it just peels right off.

jeremyc653 - thanks, she is very dirty, but I don't mind after all it is a jeep

They don't have that kind at Home Depot's near me, or at the ones in Maine. I had to buy kind of like chicken wire stuff
