Replaced a bad pinion oil seal and fixed the broken dust cover around my shifter. Both of those were more of a pain in the *** than they should have been.

Finally switched out my battery. Went with the Sears Diehard Platinum size 65. Already noticed a faster start and am looking forward to not having to randomly jump the WK ever once in a while.

I figured this would be as good of a time as any to post my first post. Today I replaced the water pump, did the fix to the tranny cooler lines (thanks to you guys for the insight on that one), still waiting on the stealership to get my idler pulley bolt in so I can get it put back together and changed the oil. Oh yeah, and cussed a lot.

Well,

I just rolled over the 80,000 mile marker.....
For some reason, it sucks a lot more to see the "80,000" vs "79,000"
I know its only 1,000 miles. But the number looks larger and more scary.

It sucks to know that by the time I pay this thing off, ill probably have 120,000+ on it....... I sure hope it lasts.

I personally am at just under 137,000 on my 05 HEMI and run perfect. Just took a small road trip over to Seattle and got 18 mpg. Recent fluids, plugs, and sensors (O2, MAP, Ect) breathed new life into her. Remember it's a Jeep and built to last!

Miles, my Canadian brother. It was 273,000 to be exact, so like 440,000 km. I'm finding out now what engine.

I've got 127k miles on my 5.7 hemi, tranny died at 103k from previous owners lack of service, past that typical wear.

Finally got my hitch put on this weekend and added a shorty antenna. The reception is actually BETTER than the stock antenna!

What to do next....?

Also, I forgot to mention, I got my saltwater fishing license and also sent in my Application for my Island Beach State Park (NJ) - Mobile Sportfishing Vehicle Permit.

The permit is allows vehicles to drive on the 10 mile long beach and you can surf fish. Its not for "real" off-roading as it is mainly for fishing, but still it's gonna be a fun summer! As long as you are "fishing" you can stay overnight on the beach. Should be pretty cool.

Here's a link if anyone is interested.

You mean out 100k miles is done at the same time as your 100k km?
