Yea I thought the same until I saw a hydraulic on the passenger side one day, and no I just have one for the hood, two for the lift gate in the back. It's nice not having to find something to prop it up with now

Installed 9012s in my low beams (thank you, Ome the Younger). IMO, this is a HUGE increase in lighting. 9011s for the high beams was good, but this is huge.

FWIW, 9011s in the fogs does add light, but certainly not worth the fuss.

Ya, I was impressed by the light output as well as I was driving home last night.

Continued my work on my custom fuse box/switch wiring for my LED Rock Lights. I have a 6inx4inx3in watertight plastic box that I have yet to find a mounting spot for. I looked all over the engine bay today and couldn't find a spot, any suggestions?

Started the rear cargo LED mod today (thanks for the idea, Omelet! I love this mod). First, since I didn't have a 9V battery and didn't feel like going out, I rigged up an old computer power supply so I could test the lights. If anyone wants to do this, send me a PM or something, it's pretty easy to do and very useful for testing your 12V accessories and lights inside.

Then I wired three sections of the LED strip together with 4mm long pieces of wire (man I need to work on my soldering skills!) and used hot glue to secure them in place.

It's bright!!! Here's my dog basking in the rays. Can't wait to get it wired up tomorrow.

Welcome to the club! It looks good. At least you didn't have to do the window trim and side trim. Is that all plasti-dip?... Now u just need to get rid of that dealer badge.

Looks great. Now it's time to take off that south side emblem. Goop off worked well for me.

She spent the whole morning giving me the silent treatment. Finally I caved in and washed her. It's 35 degrees out--what do they expect of a man???

I really want to take it off, I'm sure I can managed but I'm worried that the paint may be faded and still fresh under the sticker. It would look totally brutal if it was off coloured....Any suggestions?
